At Cecilia Hill – Baby Steps 2 Breastfeeding, we understand the joys and challenges of breastfeeding. Our mission is to provide expert guidance and support to mothers and families in Corpus Christi, empowering them on their breastfeeding journey. Whether you’re a new mom or seeking assistance with breastfeeding challenges, It’s been my life’s mission serving moms and their tinies in the Corpus Cristi community.

Founded by Cecilia Hill, a dedicated lactation consultant with years of experience, our practice is rooted in the belief that every mother deserves personalized care. We’re here to help you navigate the early days of breastfeeding, overcome challenges, and celebrate milestones with confidence and joy. Whether you’re a new mom just beginning your journey or facing challenges along the way, we’re committed to providing you with the tools, knowledge, and encouragement you need.

MY STORY

As a breastfeeding mother myself, wife and grandmother.

I started my love for breastfeeding back in April 1998. I began my breastfeeding education June of 1999 with my 1st and most influential role as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor for the Driscoll Children’s Hospital WIC program that opportunity led to my extensive & advanced education in Breastfeeding management & later in 2010 became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

My journey in helping mom’s breastfeed their baby’s has been the time of my life. This God given gift has opened up many other opportunities in the community. Working at Bay Area Women Services has been another opportunity where I have been able to expand my knowledge & continue to teach the art of breastfeeding to new mothers.

On my free time, I bake, spend time with family, I study lactation, and teach breastfeeding to anyone who wants to learn.
